Doris Ferrer Roach
Doris’ work in corporate, not-for-profit, government, education and public health sectors provides a solid foundation in understanding how organizational cultures impact those who work in them and the conscious strategies employees need to succeed in the workplace.
She is a former senior attorney with a major Fortune 500 Company who left the legal profession to follow her passion to make a concrete, positive, and profound difference in the lives of individuals and organizations. The analytical, problem solving, and communication skills she honed as an attorney serve her clients well and her mediation training also allows Doris to support the successful resolution of conflict that inevitably arises with courageous change and growth.
Doris was a senior lecturer at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies where she taught courses on managing human resources and organizational behavior. Doris’ degrees in education and her professional experience are supported by a solid background of professional training and certification with the American Society for Training and Development, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., Mediation Works Institute and Simmons College Graduate School of Management.
