Rebecca Jackson

Rebecca Jackson is a clinically trained facilitator, teacher, consultant, and coach, with a proven track record of driving racial and organizational equity in diverse organizations. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to inclusion.

Her career began in ministry, where she served as a pastor in a small Mattapan church from 1999 to 2005. There she honed her skills in leadership, community engagement, and dynamic facilitation. Her love for teaching, leading, and supporting communities of color led her to Simmons College Graduate School of Social Work where she began facilitating dialogue around issues of race and identity in clinical work. Rebecca completed her MSW in 2009, and has since focused her career on young people and families who have experienced trauma, and the organizations that support them.
