Racial Equity Senior Leaders Learning Circle 2022-2023

One of my favorite projects is the Racial Equity Senior Leaders Learning Circle housed at Trinity Boston Connects. I co-lead this learning journey with Rebecca Jackson and Brianna Boggs. The three of us are committed to creating a more racially equitable Boston. We're strategically moving this vision forward through this impact network, starting its 6th year. This program has been endorsed and supported in part by The Boston Foundation. Over 100 non-profit executive Leaders in greater Boston have participated since 2017. Due to COVID and our virtual learning experience, we welcome organizations outside the Boston area. We're committed to having a racially mixed group of non-profit leaders, so join us this Fall along with another senior colleague or two at your organization whom you think would find this Learning network valuable.
